Mega Manunggal Property - Acquisition of JV Partner’s Stake

In March, Mega Manunggal Property ("MMLP") acquired GIC’s 45% stake in MKP for a purchase price of IDR1,743m (c.USD118m). As a result, MMLP now owns 100% of MKP and the transaction will enable MMLP to consolidate its position as the leading modern warehouse developer in Indonesia.
