Merdeka - Acquired majority interest in Pani Gold Project

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk ("MDKA") invested USD80.16 million to subscribe for a 50.1% interest in PT Andalan Bersama Investama (“Andalan”). Andalan has recently completed the acquisition of PT Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining. GSM holds the Contract of Work for the Pani Project (“Pani CoW”) located in Gorontalo Province, Sulawesi.
