PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk ("MDKA") made an OJK announcement in relation to a proposed capital increase with pre-emptive rights issuance ("PRI"). In conjunction with the upcoming PRI, Hong Kong Brunp Catl Co. Ltd., an affiliate of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (“Brunp Catl”) aims to become a strategic investor with up to a 5% shareholding in Merdeka.
