Merdeka Battery Materials - Initial Public Offering

On the 18 April 2023, PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk ("MBM") had its market debut on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. MBM is an integrated battery materials company. More than US$600 million was raised at a pre-IPO valuation in excess of US$5 billion. Market cap at the end of the first day was in excess of US$6 billion.
