Merdeka - Pre-emptive rights issue, IDR2 trillion bond issue, US$300 million HLN loan agreement

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk announced that it has successfully completed its pre-emptive rights issue and Rupiah Bond Issuance, raising IDR3.4 trillion and IDR2.0 trillion respectively. Additionally, PT Hamparan Logistik Nusantara ("HLN"), Merdeka's new indirectly controlled subsidiary, successfully entered into a US$300 million Single Currency Term Facility.
