Provident Investasi Bersama - IDR750 billion bond issue

PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (“Provident Investasi”), Provident’s investment holding company, has successfully issued its first investment-grade IDR750 billion bond on 28 March 2023. There was strong demand for the bonds, resulting in one of the lowest yields for corporate bonds in Indonesia and was issued in two tranches:

– 3-Year IDR 482 billion (c.USD32m) @ 8.5%

– 1-Year IDR 268 billion (c.USD18m) @ 6.75%

The issued bond was rated idA/Stable by PEFINDO, reflecting Provident Investasi’s strong credit profile.

This inaugural bond issuance provides an additional funding source to continue its successful investment program and provide access for public investors to participate in Provident’s growth as a leading investment group in Indonesia.
